WELCOME

You will be located at 02525 Ramshead Condo Drive Unit R464. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or information you may be interested in the area. I can usually be reached best by text on my cell phone (231) 357-5261 .

The information you need to know

* DIRECTIONS: To get to Boyne Mountain it is easiest to enter 1 Boyne Mountain Rd. Boyne Falls, Mi in the GPS (this will get you to the main entrance of Boyne Mountain) Turn into Boyne Mountain (Boyne Mountain Rd.) off of US 131N. You will pass the Bluegreen buildings, Mountain Grand, and Avalanche Bay. Take the 2nd left past Avalanche Bay (Mountain Pass Rd.) and then left on Condo Loop Drive (just past building K) and then turn right at building M and follow around to the last building on the left BUILDING R (Mountain Villa Condos), you are door number 464 (upper right unit).

• Gate code will be sent prior to your arrival.
• There is a lock box to the right of the door to access the unit. Your code for the lock box is 0337.
• Our check in time is 4:00pm and our check out time is 11:00am.
• There is a binder available with more information about the area and condo.
• There is parking in front of the condo unit.
• Please be respectful of the other guests and the condo during your stay. (Quiet hours between 10pm-9am)
• No smoking or pets
• At no one time can there be more people in the condo than it sleeps (12).

CHECK OUT

• Garbage can be emptied in bins under the stairs and should be taken out when you leave.
• Please run dishwasher prior to leaving.
• Must be sure all tv remotes are on dresser prior to leaving.
• Check out is at 11am

• Get beverages and food delivered to your room (Trophy Room) (866) 222-3137
•  All bedrooms have cable tv
• Wifi
• Coin Laundry available within the villas ($2 per load)
• Washer and Dryer in unit
• Towels, bedding, toiletries, and dishes provided
• Iron and Ironing Board provided
• There is a Keurig and regular coffee pot provided
• Board games are located in the master bedroom closet
• Fire extinguisher is located on wall in living room
• First Aid Kit is located under kitchen sink
• Contact me if you are interested in housekeeping during your stay at an extra cost
